I am working with someone to set up a server, and I noticed on my potato computer that there are sometimes lag spikes when I go near certain buildings or drive a particular vehicle.

The answers are very likely obvious, but I am going to ask anyway, just so I can confirm what I already suspect, and to inform anyone else that has a similar question.

Will this work on a hosted FiveM server?
Would it go on server side or client side?

my game is lagging cause of the heap adjusters. Does somb know why? if i delete any kind of heapadjusters the game will run untill the ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_ALLOC_GUARD_1 error code appears. 3 Months ago everything worked perfectly

Make sure and get pack-file limit adjuster, then go to your default game config file usually located at: Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/

Once you open it up, right-click select all, right-click again and select "find" or for you, it might say search instead. Then there will be a box in the top left of your screen with some shit in it, copy and paste this in it to search "ArchiveCount" with no quotations and no spaces, exactly the way I wrote it. There should only be one thing highlighted and to the right of that will be your own person "ArchiveCount". So when you install "Packfile Limit Adjuster" and it gives you by default; packfile_list_size = 5208 <--- Make sure your number isn't greater than what is there. If it is, there's your problem. All you have to do then is adjust the packfile_list_size .ini to be ≤ Your "ArchiveCount" Value in your game config. Hope this helps someone. :)

Works just as it should!!! Great. Just had a little problems because I added a packfile limit adjuster when my game config already has one.

@gameanduse1 if you had read F7YO gameconfig's instructions you would have seen his suggestion to remove Packfile Limit Adjuster as he states it's no longer needed, I imagine he has added the necessary lines to the game config and if you install packfile it that may create a conflict with gameconfig so I wouldn't bother if it's not needed.

@BigUnlucky Zed on YouTube says that you have DOUBLE the value of the 'ArchiveCount' in your gameconfig?!? So which is it? Less than or equal to it or double?
