Ah. Found the issue. Another mod uses/replaced that file, installing IVpack last fixed the issue. Unfortunately,I now experience crashing fairly often. I wonder if it happens when certain cars try to spawn...?
Hello there - I've been able to enjoy this mod in previous versions of GTA V, but as of the newest update I can't seem to find any of the cars ingame any more. It looks like the latest file is a patch to prevent crashes with Finance and Felony. If I'm right about that, where can I find the rest of the content?

What do I replace it with? The only download I see contains ivpack.oiv by itself.
