Installation Instructions:

1 - Put the folder hornet2015 in: GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2 - Go on: GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
3 - Extract dlclist.xml
4 - Modify dlclist.xml and add this string:

dlcpacks:/hornet2015/

5 - Spawn by name "hornet2015" and completes the remaining parts with tuning.
