Can't paint the vehicle at los santos customs can only select the Liveries is there a way to change it?

Hello, do you happen to have a 3d mesh that I can use in substance painter for creating meshes? I've looked through the meshes in the file, and cannot work out how the texture wraps around any part of the mesh.
