Welcome to the Democratic People's Republic of Blockistan, the northern neighbor of San Andreas! Ever miss those good old blocky graphics of GTA:SA? Well, this is like that, except even more blocky. But hey, at least it's visually consistent.
This is a whole new (absolutely tiny) island located way up north of San Andreas on the edge of the world. Building any further than this would seem to cause glitches and crashes. It's however outside the kill boundary, so you'll need a mod to be able to fly out there without your plane blowing up. Also, I would've loved to make it larger if it weren't for the long ass loading times and crashes that seem to come with huge object counts. 1274 props, 22 vehicles and 44 peds. Also, it's autoload compatible.
The island is largely made out of the very handy blocks from Map Builder by OmegaKingMods.

There's another map called Great Island by T3mas1, located right next to Blockistan. You can load both maps and have an even larger island, if your PC can handle it. (possibly unstable)

@RODEBLUR Heh, that's the joke :D
@OmegaKingMods Ty!
@GTA5Videos Did you make sure your Map Editor draw distance is high enough? If it's not that, then it might be your GTA V draw distance settings.
Oh I didn't know map editor has draw distance settings. My game is on ultra so GTA V Draw Distance shouldn't be the problem. Thanks! :)
I can't believe it has just 51 downloads. It definitely deserves more. Unfortunately it does not work for me. I blame the Map Builder. I have been struggling all day to get it to work, but nothing works. Wish it worked for me. But never mind. I can see it's such a beautiful map. 5/5 Keep it up!
@T3mas1 Thanks. Could you describe the problem? I might be able to help.
@Exoskeleton Thanks, man. I think am good now. I installed menyoo and after that it works. I gotto say it's amazing exactly how I imagined it from the screenshots. Actually I am thinking about making a video of this mod. I hope you will continue making your mods. Keep it up!
Brilliant!!!This is not any maps I have ever seen before, I hope you could do more maps like this and much more bigger would more fun!
@T3mas1 Glad to hear you like it! Feel free to make a video if you want.
@HoHo I'd definitely like to make something many times bigger, but right now something even this small takes a huge amount of props. Perhaps if Map Builder gets larger blocks added to it at some point, it'll be feasible to make a way bigger island.
@Exoskeleton Hi, I like your map so much that I decided to expand it a little bit. It's not already finished and to be honest there's a few props but I want to let you know that I am working on it. It is supposed to be bigger.

I hope you don't mind. You know I would like to upload it one day if it's finished and I got three suggestions:
1. I will upload it as a stand-alone map with a BIG recommendation to download also your map to it. (I think that would be the best way)
2. I will upload it with your map included and I will write your nickname into the description as the author of the main complex of the map.
3. Teamwork
Tell me your opinion
@T3mas1 Impressive! I like how you're following the same style of the base map, looks very consistent so far. However, there's one thing you might wanna keep in mind: The first part of the map is very likely broken in some way, which makes it impossible to add or remove from it without your game crashing the next time you try to load it. I'm saying this because it seems you're building with both parts 1 and 2 loaded at the same time. Right now I'm just curious if you're able to load this new version you've created, without crashing.
@Exoskeleton Well, it loads normally for me.
@T3mas1 Good, I'm all for it then. If you manage to finish it, feel free to release it on it's own as a standalone, but credit me for the base map. :)
@Exoskeleton No problem, I will. I hope I don't bumb into any problems during creating the map. It is going well so far. Actually I have a screen for you, if you want to check it out: http://imgur.com/LDC54BZ
hope you like it. So if anything go wrong (God forbid), I have at least a picture. :D
@T3mas1 Looks good man. If you want to stack blocks fast and accurately, use a large flat prop as a platform to place the blocks on, so they'll all be at the exact same height without having to adjust.
@Exoskeleton Ok, thanks for your advice, appreciate it, but I reckon I will need more advice. I ran into a problem. I think I reached the limit of props. I use the Map editor and Menyoo. Do you know how to increase the limit? That would be very helpful. I'd say this is more a question for the future because I am still able to finish the map, I can anytime delete your map to gain more space for props and continue bulding. But I ain't sure if it is able to be connected to your map then due to the props limit.
@T3mas1 You can't increase the limit, but you can split it into parts.
1. Load the map.
2. Press the insert key. This will reload Map Editor, but the map will stay there. The objects can't be edited after this.
3. Now your object count has been reset and you can work on part 2 of the map.
Every time you want to work on it, you have to load part 1, press ins, then load part 2. When the whole thing's finished, both parts can be loaded normally.
But yeah, you could also simply remove my map from it before doing this.
@Exoskeleton Thanks for your help. I will try it later for sure. For this time I just deleted some props of your map to continue. By the way I've made a topic about the mod. It seems it's gonna take a little time to finish it. We'll see how it ends up.
@T3mas1 Np, glad to help. :)
@Exoskeleton Here we go again. I've tried to reload scripts via the insert key to load both maps at once. Unfortunately it doesn't work. But never mind. It'll be somehow fixed later (I hope). Just letting you know the map's been uploaded.
@T3mas1 Alright looks good. I'll add a link to it in the description since they're compatible and next to eachother.
@Exoskeleton Ok
