Garage and Helipad for Franklin 1.1

Hi guys,
After playing around a bit with Spooner from Menyoo mod I made some changes in Franklin`s garage and added an helipad to his house.
The rest of his property is untouched.
It was for personal use but I will be adding more stuff to it and share it with you guys.
Your suggestions are welcome regarding changes etc but I am not pro in using map editor and Spooner yet so keep that in mind.
I hope you guys enjoy it :)

How to instal :
First make sure you have the prerequisites otherwise it will not work. See below for stuff needed.
- Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder)
-OpenIV
-Menyoo or any other map editor which can load .XML
Once you got all the prerequisites you have two choices to load the adjusted garage.
1- use an map builder/editor to load the XML file I have added, this does mean that you have to load the garage everytime you start playing any of your save files
2- you can let the game auto load everything after each time you load up a save game, to do that you have to put the .YMAP file to the following director by using Openiv
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf

-Added trees in front of garage and adjusted the extended roof of garage.

@isarian No version 4 is only 1.02.
any chance this cam be converted to YMAP? i love the looks just mapbuilder i find can cause lag compared to ymap.
