Yes, they'd let civilians walk up to the crash site. At least put a cordon around the crash!?

@AERYT it was supposed to fall of the highway and brak but idk why it isint im about to release another update today so i may be able to fix that
Sometimes with other nice scenes, AI crash into them, for obvious reasons. Does it happen with this one?
