Yep another party.
place the party.xml in your gta5 folder and load the map using
map editor by Guadmaz https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
when you load the map type: party
or you can create a folder named AutoloadMaps inside your scripts folder and place the party.xml in the scripts/AutoloadMaps , this will auto load the map.
V2: (Watch second video) fixed ramps,peds, etc. / added more peds,objects, etc.
Note: it might lag on some PC's.
Bugs: some objects like "barrier" are not loading as dynamic.

wonderful. I once started making a map but i was having a lot of trouble rotating an object sideways on a single axis. when i rotate, it starts rotating at all axis. it goes inside the ground or weirder.
Please tell me how to do it. I like the Menyoo's object spawner movements. its better as we can rotate it at our will.. and direction. can you please guide me?
@amitpaul911 i also had some problems rotating moving etc. after you spawn an object click left again with your mouse then use WASD-QE to move, click CTRL to rotate using same keys WASD-QE.

How to spawn peds animated?
When I load "party.xml" the peds do not go..
Map isnt loading "reference not set to an object?? no peds appearing
