Hi All,
This took me just 15 mins.
Had plans to delete it but might as well upload it for the community.
You need Menyoo for this to work!
Menyoo: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Go to your GTAV Game directory > menyooStuff > Spooner
Drop the provided file in the link above and load placements.
My game is currently set in the LOWEST graphics settings... so it'll show better on most PCs

Please be advised that I will not be releasing anymore projects.
I firmly believe the phase of creating stuff with Menyoo has ended as everything now is done mostly as Add-on.
Additionally, not everyone might be interested in these kinds of mod releases. Just that I enjoyed designing stuff.
