If you installed previous versions of this mod and you lost Liberty City, do the following, reinstall the Liberty City mod and install this mod version 1.2 and everything will work out for you

I was having the same issue with Liberty City disappearing. I downloaded and installed the HD version of LCPP and tried again and it worked fine, no issues.

ok so it loads now but the original buildings are clipping into the wtc buildings is it supposed to be like this bc i cant go in the interior or access the plaza without going through the top

For those who still have collision issues like the original buildings being there and not going through the Plaza, then navigate through here in your DLC Packs.

liberty_city > dlc1.rpf > x64 > levles > gta5 > liberty_city > manhat > manhat02.rpf

The, go all the way down until you see "manhat02_7.ybn" and delete that file.

Not sure what the files are to remove traffic in that area is, but at least you can walk around the Plaza but hope this helps.

love the mod but there is a lot of collision issues, like cars driving underneath it and budlings clipping through the wtc

@crimsontide Can I also say thank you for that lol It's actually nice to see someone helping instead of complaining. I can tell this took so much time to make and for some more than others it's a mod that has meaning.
