Open OpenIV
Activate the Edit Mode
Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom maps.rpf
Make a new folder if you want
Drag & drop the files it into OpenIV
Be free to use it on your servers, just credit me pls.
