Simple modification to improve rain effect.
(This mod does not affect performance)

installation:
-Start up OpenIV
-Go to Edit Mode
-Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather
-Replace each "rainstorm_render_drop.xml" & rainstorm_render_ground.xml fileS with the same name
-enjoy ;)

1.0 (added optional file with smaller drops)
1.1 (added insane rain for storm weather)
1.2 (increased the size of the raindrops hitting the ground)
Don't redistribute without my permission

So this mod could be called...wait for it...HEAVY RAIN!!!??
I'll show myself out. But before I do. I just want to say that I love this mod. WAY more immersive than the little sprinkle-fest that the game considers to be rain.
@lesterthades did you copied the original file? Did you use the mods folder? if not
you need to re-install gta to work

let me help u guys those who want to delete ts stupid shi rain making me cannot see anything but the big ass rain. first go to open iv then Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather and delete those fucking files name "weather" thanks later
