-This mod changes the license plate light and dash lights to HID Blue.
-This also changes the amount of motion blur. It has been slightly increased for a better feel.
Installation:
1. Open OpenIV and navigate to common.rpf > data.
2. Drag and drop the visualsettings.dat, then close the archive.
3. Navigate to update > update.rpf > common > data and repeat step 2.
Done! You're good to go.
Requirements:
You will need OpenIV 2.6: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv

Hi Chris,
I have question about one of your GTA 5 mods.
If you have a time to answer, it's beatiful.
Actually, I use your Mod "Blue LED Lighting on Vehicles", very useful. But in the description mod you said :
"...changes the amount of motion blur..."
It's very very very interesting ! In visualsettings.dat you are changed some setting about BLUR.
My question is simple :
Witch setting must change for increase, add more, Motion Blur ?
