This is just a livery pack for the Boeing 757-200 model uploaded by SkylineGTRFreak. The original model can be found here:

This pack contains 2 liveries, originally of Boeing 757-200F but it wont matter in GTA 5 unless you are a frequent user of he cargo door. After applying these, your model will look like a 757-200F or the freighter model.
the two liveries are of:
1) FedEx
2) United Postal Service (UPS)
Installation:
Rename the files and import them with OpenIV.
or
Rename the files and replace existing ones using OpenIV.

The engines must be reworked, they have some slight issues
