go to OpenIV/ GTA V/ mods/ update/ x64 dlcpacks/ rx7tunable/ dlc.rpf/ x64/ rx7tunable_vehicles.rpf
open the rx7tunable.ytd and find skin_sign_1 and replace the texture make sure you have edit mood turned on
after that save it then go on to gta v and you should have the skin
