Installation:
Prerequisites: Make sure you have the OpenIV application installed.
1. Download Nspeedo van mod here -> https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vapid-speedo-express-add-on-liveries
2. Go to "nspeedo/dlc.rp/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
3. Open "nspeedo.ytd"
4. Then click on "speedo5_sign_1" and replace with the texture
5. Then save
