OpenIV > Grand Theft Auto V\update (folder)\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ *Replace sanchez.ytd & sanchez+hi.ytd*
Then go into rebuild, choose "vehicles.rpf" rebuild and close.
*Make a backup of the orginal file*
