Changelog (2022.1): Further improved Skin weighting in some minor areas.
Installation:(addonpeds method)
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the THREE files from the "CW_Black_Flash_UHD" archive to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add "CW_Black_Flash_UHD" model in the list as STREAMED ped (check ReadMe for AddonPeds).
4. Place the "ini" files in "\Grand Theft Auto V\Scripts\The Flash FIles\Suits"

I've made the 2 main CW Speedster running Animations from the show, The Slow motion one and Full speed one, They will likely go unused. -Sigh- I know this sounds a bit pessimistic but, I think The Flash script is no longer cared for. Hope I can be proven wrong. But until then, I myself will attempt to help keep it alive with these, My 4 New tributes to the First "Superpowers script" that ever got me impressed enough to switch from GTA V console Vanilla life to GTA V PC MODDED LIFE. Enjoy boys
