Instructions:
1.) Open "OpenIV"
2.) Turn on "edit mode"
3.) Make sure you find x64v and move it to your mod folder.
4.) Go to Mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player one > accs_diff_009_a_uni.png
Update 1.1: Fixed the color of the mask.

@NubForSale I don't blame you, but you should write in gta 5 mods the name of the mod you are going to upload before uploading it. I do that every time before i upload a mod
