HIGHLIGHTS
- TV & radio suppport for Gidoxy's Rooftop Eclipse Tower;
- Scripted solution for the swimmable water going all the way down.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This RooftopApartment mod is meant to run in support, and alongside of the presence of Gidoxy's Rooftop Eclipse Tower build, at:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/mlo-rooftop-eclipse-tower
In fact, this mod won't do anything when the Rooftop Eclipse Tower is not loaded.
Much like my VeniceTVNStuff mod, RooftopApartment comes with TV and radio support for the high-end Rooftop Eclipse Tower build. No garage support yet; but what this mod primarily intends to do, is get rid of the annoying swimmable-water problem. The way swimmable water works, is that it makes the Z-axis irrelevant; aka, water will typically go all the way down. Contrary to popular belief, the situation is far from 'unsolvable.' There are several ways, actually. There's an extremely clever one, soon to be seen in an upcoming mod of a friend of mine, thought of by one of the founding fathers of GTA V modding. I am not going to steal his method ahead of time, of course. Instead, I found an elegant, and simple scripted solution, that effectively completely eliminates the water issue.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) UNRAR the downbloaded file, and move RooftopApartment.dll directly to your game's 'scripts' folder;
2) Copy the following 2 files to the following rpf file:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rooftop\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\rooftop_metadata.rpf
eclipse_pool.ymap
_manifest.ymf
If you skip this last step, things simply won't work.
REQUIREMENTS
ScriptHookV
ScriptHookVDotNet (at least version v3.1.0)
.Net 4.8
N.B. I went with the times, and, from here on in, this, and future, scripts of mine will no longer support v2 of ScriptHookVDotNet.
CHANGELOG
1.0 Initial release.
- TV & radio suppport for Gidoxy's Rooftop Eclipse Tower;
- Scripted solution for the swimmable water going all the way down.

@GALM1 Hmm, no; make sure the script is running (check SHVDN log), and that you made the changes to rooftop_metadata.rpf. And make sure you run v3.1.0 of ScriptHookVDotNet.

@meimeiriver tv and radio not working for me in this Apartment idk why !!
@elsanhoty For starters, see Pinned Comment. If it still doesn't work, show me the ScriptHookVDotNet.log
tv not working but the radio is working
Is it possible for this to work with FiveM?
I couldn`t find "rooftop" folder
Is it possible to have this fix working for FiveM?
@Sn1peeyGG i dont have rooftop folder
Fivem?
@meimeiriver thank you for the awesome scripts! I am using this and the Designer Penthouse script. I was wondering if you could share the knowledge of the garage scripting? I know code myself so I won't bother asking you "do this garage... do that" instead, I'd like to know if we can learn how to create this awesome garage skills. I appreciate any reply
fivem fix by any sweet god chance? my server wud love this script ur awesome
yall he is stealing mods thats why they most dont work
@Danchox15 Explain how it's "stolen"? I highly doubt 5mods would have a moderator that steals and re-uploads work lol.
where does the .dll file go?
