I'm not sure if there's anything else out there like this or not, so here ya go.
It's pretty simple, just press G to start sweeping cars and peds away with you as you walk, drive, or fly through Los Santos. It's the closest thing to being god in GTA. But be careful, it's not hard to get caught up in the action!
UPDATE 1.1
I removed a few things I use for testing, which I neglected to remove prior to deployment: NumPad chopper spawning. NumPad time-of-day change. Invincibility. Clear weather.
CONTROLS
ALT+G = Turn sweeping on/off (configurable in ini)
REQUIREMENTS
You must have the latest versions of the following installed before running this mod:
ScriptHookV: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
ScriptHookVDotNet: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/
INSTALLATION
Just copy the contents of this zip (except the README) to your GTAV scripts directory. If it doesn't exist yet, just create it and drop these files in it. Typically, the path to this is: ".\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\"

NUM8 = chopper. Yeah, forgot to document that. Sorry. Cam shake: not much can be done about this, unfortunately. Put the cam in cinematic mode and the shake won't happen. @Suzuka - Thanks! Glad you like it.
