@RavenStudios if you know how to enable ENB for singleplayer that would be epic, thanks!
i noticed reshade wont work. to fix this issue all you need to do is rename the "Dxgi.dll" To "Dxgi.asi" and it will work. for single player...Ive yet to find a fix that enables ENB.
