anyone know how to add the personal online model to the trainer?

@ImNotMentaL hey, i have the requirements... but when i go to the PDM it don't works...
@Elanderan I have the retail version... i dont have any mod and without the script hook the game works fine...
@Elanderan it exit the game completely and the message is in italian (cuz i am italian) but i think that is "the program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning"
when i copy the dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll in the game folder the game alwais crash during the loading of story mode... someone know a fix?
