@Ethical "I only have a livery mod so claiming that my game has more mods isnt true". Well that's the point, I said that you don't have the same amount as other people installed so I'm pretty sure they have much more addons installed than you do. That's why you never experienced such an error.

I copied-pasted the config so many times just to make sure I did the right thing and apparently this config doesn't have pack file adjuster included and I have to download pack file adjuster from other site and the game worked. Some people apparently still need it, it's a shame that the mods removed it from this site.
And to say that your game doesn't cause crash, well other people's game isn't the same as yours, they don't have the same amount of addons you installed.
I was figuring out why my game crash when installing ~50 addons, turns out that I still need Pack file limit adjuster! so for people that have crash, in my case ERR_FILE_PACK_1, you still need to use Pack file limit adjuster.

@Ethical Well maybe you should take a look of how people experienced it. I had the error too but it's fixed when I installed pack file adjuster.
