@legoj18 Make sure you have scripthook and scripthookdotnet installed. If I remember correctly, properly installing scripthook will create your "scripts" folder. Once you've done that, just drag and drop the .dll and .ini into the scripts folder and it should work.

Reminds me of GTA III. This is probably my favorite of Jedijosh's mods... and I have a lot of them.
