@Olanov thank you for your updates, you actualy made me want to dive into popcycle and popgroup and I've made a ton of personal adjustments, including a merge of your mod and a popular "gang mod" out there.
Every region has its gangs, some are allies, some are enemies, but they all shoot cops ;) I tried to keep it lore friendly location-wise.
I also raised the chances of a random encounter involving high speed cop chases and the likes. I'm having the time of my life :)
I kept the police cars to 5 because that's actualy the limit of cars you can see, otherwise everytime you look away and back, it despawns the excess and it can get awkward lol.
But losing the cops is a mother now, even with just two stars. And I love it!

@dimedius Could you release the 1.0.0 version? Because there is no lightning fx when damage is set to 0. And there is no .ini file in the current version!
The previous version could be the only way to get the sparks!

Excellent mod but breaks nearly all missions. Still, coupled with squads mod it makes for a perfect heist companion! (cargo plane wink wink)
