@Dennisb11234 What you're asking for is pretty much impossible to do.
For those of you that experience the bug where zombies don't spawn around you, and they just completely stop working, open your menu, toggle OFF the mod, press Insert and then toggle ON the mod again. I will look into the issue.

@vmars I don't think it's possible enabling headlights with the blackout feature on.
@insanitydigital Can you please what you did to produce the bug? The developer section has most of its sub-items disabled, because it hasn't been added yet. It's not a bug. I just forgot to leave it out for the new update.

Install ScriptHookV following the instructions on their GTAForum thread, install ScriptHook.NET following the instructions on their GTAForum thread and then drag the mod into the "scripts" folder.
@Suchtel007 No you need those in your root folder, the mod goes IN the scripts folder.
