@ikt The sentence make me thinking that you just need to put the files in gta 5 folder and nothing more, but it's not! You need to download ScriptHookV to make this working and you didn't specified that at all.

@ikt It's not a user error, it's not working. Anyway I fixed using Native Trainer + Scrip Hook V, I think you should update the description because you didn't specified that you need Script Hook V to make the spawner working.
