@Diddy7 Replace the "content.xml" file found in "\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\vwe_sce\dlc.rpf\" with the one linked below and it should fix the crashes.

Is there a way to offset the ghosts from each other?
If I were to duplicate the same replay file could I have one of them slightly behind the other?

@andersona7x6661 It doesn't eliminate base game cars, just adds more to the traffic.
Is there a specific type of car you're wanting to be more common?

1. Most of those areas have their own group in the popcycle which tells the game where to spawn the groupings from popgroups (eg. poor/mid/lowrider etc), the gangs/lowriders just being a possible spawn in that area with a lower chance than things from the poor/mid section in popgroups
2. I'm honestly not too sure, I THINK the freeway zones in popcycle just apply to on the actual freeway but the npcs may be able to exit in town... not too sure on that one.
