I got it sorted out; The vehicle I had to replace was in a different location.
I Installed this car as well as VAZ-2101 Lada sedan. The latter spawns with no issues when I type 'Washington', but this car does not. Whenever I type 'Police3' I get a different police car. I hope there is something wrong on my end, for I really want to drive this car.
