@koko-5 Rockstar has no issue with users modding their single player, it would unlikely for you to get banned for using story mode modifications, what they don't want you to do is go online with mods.
@koko-5 Cockstar isn't forcing you to play Online, the game is on sale on steam, you can't be that broke if you were able to afford a computer to play on.
