@Rebel420 I use pirated GTAV and use mods and it worked for me after making/thinking solutions. This is the method I used... Use just need to do is remove all files of all mods you installed. Then you need to install the latest version of ScripthookV and the ScripthookvDOTNET. Then put copy the files of map editor into your scripts folder. And if it still doesn't work install VisualC++. I recommended that you need to remove all of your mods because maybe some of your mods may use the button F7.

Well worked for me even I use pirated. But my problem is I don't have lowrider update XD
But really it didn't worked for me at first because one of my mods uses F7.
