For people who didn't get it working installing it in the path that comes in the . txt file and who also don't have the patchday22ng folder in their mods folder, what you should do is open OpenIV and go to the GTA V file path and open the Update folder, not the update folder that is inside the mods folder, not that one, you should open the virgin Update folder, the one without mods, open it, then open the x64/dlcpacks folder and there you will find the patchday22ng folder, now just enable OpenIV editor mode and extract that folder to your desktop and then just paste it in the same path but now in the Update folder that is inside the mods folder and that's it, now just replace the files that come in this mod and it should work.

Para las personas que no les funcionó instalándolo en la ruta que viene en el archivo . txt y que además no tienen la carpeta patchday22ng en su carpeta de mods, lo que deben hacer es abrir OpenIV e ir a la ruta de archivos de GTA V y abrir la carpeta Update, no la carpeta update que esta dentro de la carpeta de mods, esa no, deben abrir la carpeta Update virgen, la que no tiene mods, abrirla, luego abrir la carpeta x64/dlcpacks y ahí encontrarán la carpeta patchday22ng, ahora solo habiliten el modo editor de OpenIV y extraigan esa carpeta a su escritorio y luego solo péguenla en la misma ruta pero ahora en la carpeta Update que esta dentro de la carpeta de mods y listo, ahora solo reemplacen los archivos que vienen en este mod y debería funcionar.
