anyone know what I've done wrong if my game keep crashing while it loads up? I installed everything correctly according to the read me(s) so idk why its crashing

I'm not sure about this but whenever I start the game up, it crashes bc of this file. I deleted the file and tried starting up and it worked.
I reinstalled it and the game crashes whenever I start it up. Can I fix this problem @Rmod Customs or anyone?
