this might be a stupid question but how do i spend the money i earn or does it get deposited automatically?

How do I get a vehicle or repair one? Do I need to come across one thats not smoking? Enjoying it so far just dont think I know enough about what you are able to do and what the limits are.

@elsanhoty I have all of these installed but still crashing unfortunately :(

I really want to view this mountain town, and do patrols here, but any time I get close it crashes, any advice on what to do to prevent this crash ?
