@Mdfaizan It's connected to the game version.
Technically, as long as you've got a script hook version that works with your legit game
version/update, .asi mods like this, written directly in C++, works as well.
I don't know about really old game versions though.
1.0.1868.1 was released in 2020.
I don't know why you are using such an old version but remember that
Illegal/cracked game versions are not supported.
I'd say just make sure to have a working script hook with
your legit game version and it should work.
@GTATrapper It only required a few lines of code. But I will go through the mod and look for more things to improve before uploading. For example adding a UI width setting and change menu size to decimal.
@GTATrapper Thanks for reporting! I noticed when using a knife and of course the phone. It's probably possible to fix and I will take a look at the code when I get time.
@hunter7 This is a .asi mod written directly in C++ (not .Net), using native functions, hence it always work with the latest script hook (legit games), since the release of the game (PC) in 2015. No updated needed. Make sure to use a non-pirated version of GTAV. I tested now and the mod is indeed working fine.
@FallFromGrace Any script can potentially be in conflict with another. I think it's unlikely that Redux is going to cause issues since it's dealing with graphics, but I don't know.
There's no scripted adult content by default with FFFR installed but if you also want to remove a few textures like billboards etc, visit https://sites.google.com/view/r3qq/family-friendly-free-roaming/fffr-3-0#h.vn99iab40w5c for instructions on "How to make the game even less violent and disturbing". There's instructions on how to remove such things script can't remove like textures.
For most users the script/FFFR is enough.
Even more strict (extreme) settings for FFFR are available in the configuration file. Pre-set .ini files are provided in the FFFR folder.
@FallFromGrace Yes, the easiest way in this case I would say is moving the script, FamilyFriendlyFreeRoaming 3.1.asi into a temporary folder while playing the story mode and then remember to put the file back before your son starts playing.
If you get the notification in the lower left corner of the screen after loading in, the mod is running.
@Rub17 Don't forget to install Script Hook and use a legit game. More info in the description.
Late reply but use @R3QQ otherwise I don't get a notification.
@Doucet The mod works fine. It's written directly in C++ so updates are not needed.
Make sure to use a fully updated and legit version of the game with the newest Script Hook V by Alexander Blade. More info the description.
@etek322 People like to play the game in different ways. People like different things. So I made the configuration file, to let people choose what they think is fine and not fine.

@GTATrapper Interesting... Could be conflicting mods. Have you tried to run without any other mods? Legit game? I will test this later.
