It is as stated in the description section.
The warhead is just replaced with a texture of a fire extinguisher, and there is no effect on the power of the warhead.
I made this mod after seeing soldiers in the real world substituting RPG warheads with gunpowder-filled extinguishers.

Sorry, there was a mistake in the Readme.
Please try to install the file as follows

Copy the xml file to the following location
Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner

Open OpenIV and copy the sce file to the following location
mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Go to
mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
and add the following string to dlclist.xml
<Item>dlcpacks:\sce2\</Item>
