Please help me out on this.
Every time I try to edit the files in the game, I get busted on startup and the game starts an update that whips out the changes I've made. What should I do?

I'm having an issue here. Every time I edit any file in the game, it gets spotted on startup while checking the game online. I can't seem to play the game offline either! It says I have to connect to the internet.
Any idea, guys?
