- Changed from NativeUI to LemonUI.
- Added option in ini file to hide the suppressive fire bar.
- Suppressive fire now working with cars in chases. Enemy car keep more distance from you while the bar is full.
- If you are shooting at helicopters, they flee once the bar is full.

@SimpleConcept Any error in console? Thats strange cause the pay with dirty money prompt is set to be triggered everytime your vanilla money decrease. Basically, everytime you spend vanilla money the script activate and ask if the payment is done via dirty or vanilla money.
@mitto_backup In the future (depending on how much time I have to work on it) there will be new way to lauder the money/activities that can make you earn dirty money

- Changed some obsolete codes.
- Now, have no dirty money on you doesn't trigger the prompt to pay with dirty money.
- Now if the amount of dirty money on you is less than what you are paying, the prompt doesn't get triggered at all.
- Added a check on player money value to see if its bigger then zero to prevent strange behavior (thanks to @Sirmerion).
