mod works, I see the fuel gauge at the bottom of my radar, but I cant open the Mod menu, tried both F9 and F11, im using the GTA Mod Manager tool and have uploaded all the config files and saved them, however when I try to pull up the menu, nothing happens. any ideas?

Im having the same issue, anywhere I go to download this it gives me a 401 error and asks for log in credentials and nothing works.
