@Kittyfaic Create a folder titled "mods" (no caps) and make sure you have "OpenIV.asi" installed in your GTA V directory. OpenIV should automatically create a mods folder when you install the .asi file if you have OpenIV version 2.7. Ok finally got it, cars are now spawning in traffic like normal cars. So the problem people had when replacing cars I am not getting.

@xXGARRAPPAXx I understand that, I am just wondering if I can find a way to make them spawn like normal cars. So far I have been able to make my Ferrari F40 spawn parked in one specific location in the airport. Progress!
@Girghe I was wondering if you knew about adding cars to traffic. My only idea so far is the vehiclemodelsets.meta file in update.rpf and common.rpf.

Thank you for doing this, it will make it much easier to do. So far I have been having to do this on my own, it is very time consuming.
