@scorpgul you'll need openIV to open update.rpf. That's the only way you will be able to download mods to gta v. That's all you'll need. Just follow the instructions.
@exo401 just open weapons.meta and edit the weapon you want. There are a lot of lines you would have to change so just play around a little. (press ctrl+f to search whatever you want)
