I was able to fix the interior issue by editing the vehicles.meta file. Inside (near the bottom) needs to be edited. This fixed the issue for me, unsure if it will for you but it could help!

It would be nice to have an extra be a license plate for when the rear bumper is removed exposing the turbos.

Question regarding the interior, when customizing the car is there an option to change out the red interior? Is that considered an extra or livery?
