it's ok, I tried opening it with WinRAR and it did, accessed the .ZIP file that is included in the .OIV file.
once again please, a manual install would be sincerely appreciated. i do not use mods folder with .rpf files, takes up too much HDD space. I use Real LA Boards' Extra Mods as well as EMF for modifications.
can have a manual install of v2 please?
