I use a gamconfig that adds a ton more traffic and peds, and with the larger amount of traffic, cars crash much more often and lots of drivers are pretty terrible. Does anyone know how this mod would affect my game with bad drivers and lots of traffic?

Found out I had to opt in for a microsoft beta test program thing to be able to get VS15 which then took 10 hours to install even though I have 16GB of ram and a 4.6GHz cpu. Complicated install. Why can't it be the good old fashioned "paste native.dll into scripts" format?

Do I seriously need to pay just to be able to use this mod?

??? I don't have visual studio. Where do I get it? I googled it and everything I found said I need a subscription.
