Mod works for me just fine but I did find one issue during The Big Score mission (gold heist) if one chooses the "obvious" route: when flying the gold out via helicopter the NPC controlled helicopter will always crash into the palm trees along one of the streets and there's no way to avoid it other than skipping that part of the mission.
BTW: I found that this mod prevents the reticles from appearing or mission progressing in the Michael and Trevor mission where you shoot down the plane after getting inside the van at the observatory. It just sits there showing the city but the aiming reticles never appear, hence cannot proceed.
One of the best mods on this site IMO. Completely overhauls the driving to remove the twitchiness and actually makes it easier to drive cars at speed. Of course, one needs to remember that the cars no longer corner on rails and brake correctly for the conditions.
