Thanks for the help. I had used Open IV and I had watched your video but for some reason after following all the steps when I press the L key in the game and select the imported models I get "ERROR: (model) was not found in peds.rpf".
Also I was hoping to reinstall AddonPeds Editor.exe but I wasn't able to uninstall it first (I deleted Superman and wanted to have it back)
I installed this mod on my game v1604 and it seemed to work because it did install the superman and vito mafia models, but then when I tried to install other custom peds it didn't work / I couldn't make it work.
The path where I was supposed to copy the files didn't exist and I believe there should be a couple of xml files too. I created the folder / .rpf file but it didn't work. I tried disabling the antivirus but it didn't make a difference either.

AddonPeds doesn't seem to be working anymore, how do you add peds with the latest update?
I want to install this but is it working at all? Any workarounds if it's not?
