i have a problem: i downloaded race wars,community races and map loader but when i am in the game in the map loader i press create for an external mod it doesn't find any mod how can i do? and the car pack can function?

mine doesn't work it says when i start gta that my script hook isn't supported and then it says me the supported version and there is the mine in there why it doesnt work
