SORRY GUYS. It is not possible to really upgrade fight mechanics. Those attackers will always wait their turn. They can only attack faster.

Just installed on v1.41 just remember you need around 2/3 gb on your C drive to let the temp files from open IV work well. Otherwise installation can fail. THANKS AGAIN GUYS N8 GAMER!!!!!

You can find the files in the folders you mentioned, just replace the original files but back them up. Replacing can also be a pain in the ass with openIV so make sure to double check the files are replaced. Good luck

@jjro Yuo can create the folders in mods because then you will have the original files still in the original structure. But I placed some files in the original folders because smts I didn't notice any effect. Just make sure you habve copies of the original files, then it doesn't matter where you place them.

If gameconfig is not compatible it would be handier to only replace the values in your own gameconfig

Peds do attack more and in fight in bigger groups, but can't find values to have them attack much more frequent. Anybody finds it let me know, I'll update this mod
