all of your mods are outdated. we keep falling under the map while entering inside.
no fighting no nothing just a simple territory making mode
gangs are not fighting, police spawning randomly doing nothing, enemies do not attack on missions. i think it needs a lot of polish

@zamalone try making it a proper mlo without dependencies. just asking
doesn't worked. installed everything no sign of house in game only disappeared textures
